My absence

I've been gone for a while because mom and dad are moving and mom is my transcriptionist but she's been too busy (sure, I come up with these things but my fingers are too small for those big keys). So, as mom and dad always tell me, have patience, and I will be with you shortly.

Fun at the Park

These pictures are from a week ago, but for those of you concerned, I haven't changed much since then, so you're not missing out by getting 'old' photos. Anyhow, mom and dad and I trekked up to the park on Sunday afternoon and I played on the swings and slid down the slide. It was fun. Oh, I'm moving too. I'm gonna have a bathtub! Yay! But mom will have no yard. I will have to go to the arboretum for my daily botany lessons from mom. When we get moved in, I'll show you some pictures of my cool new room. A sneak peak: it'll be BLUE. Even though I'm a girl. Pretty cool, huh?

Not crawling yet...

...but I can do a fine job of rolling from place to place. For example, yesterday I decided to roll from my activity gym over to the couch. Well, the coffee table was in the way, so I just rolled right under it. It just may turn out to be my favorite new spot.

My New Suit

I got a new swimsuit down in Boise. It was in the 100's today, so I decided to break it out and break it in. I stayed cool in the pool while mom sprinkled water on me and dad snapped pictures. All in all, a fun afternoon.

Mom and I were playing peek-a-boo over the edge of the bed. She was funny, so I laughed. Gotta love those cheekers.

Sideways

I do funny things when mom puts me down for a nap and I'm not really tired. Like today, for instance, I decided I wanted to lay the other way in my swing. Y'know, the dangerous way? I'm livin' it up here. Danger is my middle name. Bella 'Danger' Becker. Must get it from Pop's side of the family. Anyhow, so this is how mom found me when she came to get me up from my nap.

Boise!

Mom and Dad took me down to Boise last weekend so that I could have more time in the car and shop at the mall a lot and stay up way past my bedtime. On Friday night we walked downtown by the fountain and there was a live band playing loud music and mom got me a gihugous ice cream cone at Cold Stone Creamery (I was pretty full though so I only had a few little bites and then let her eat the rest). We spent two days shopping in the air conditioned mall which was a good thing because it was soooo hot outside! They need to start making air conditioned car seats. I'm gonna patent that idea. It'll pay for college I'm sure. Anyhow, our room had a king sized bed which I had great fun with, rolling around and such. Here is a picture of me in the middle of the big bed, and then a picture of me hiding under a big pile o' pillows. Where's The Boo? Can anybody find The Boo? There's The Boo!

Finally...

I found my beppa in my toy basket last week and decided that its the funnest thing ever!
