What she's doing now, part 2.

Not a lot of pictures for now, but we did want to update you on some of the non-photographable things she's doing now. She has two words, "please" (sounds like "ssssssss") and "cracker" (sounds like "kaa-guh"). She can also catch a ball when we throw it to her. She nods her head in response to every question we ask her (including "Is it naptime?"). She prefers Rice Chex over all other breakfast foods. She finds towels and dusts the furniture for me (believe me, I have NO idea where she learned that!). When I'm drinking out of a water bottle, she drops her sippy cup and has to drink out of my bottle. She now does a sort of half run, which is fun to watch because she usually has a huge smile on her face while she does it. She can turn the lights on and off. She thinks that everything that fits in her hand and has a hinge is a cell phone (for example, a little ring box that we gave her to play with). She can point to her hair, nose, and ear when asked to. And she likes to climb on the table.

SOOOO much Easter!!

I have had a VERY busy weekend. It all started on Friday night when we went out to Auntie B's to color easter eggs. That was very fun, but dad kept mixing up the colors. Here's the finished products:

On Saturday, we went over to Grandma Bonnie's for an Easter Egg hunt. Grandma Bonnie hid animal crackers and chocolate chip cookies and kisses and fun little hair clips in the eggs for me! Yay! It took me a little while to figure out the whole 'egg hunt' thing though. I had more fun picking up rocks and giving them to people. I was actually quite interested in Grandma's dogs - I kept trying to get into the backyard to visit with them.

On Easter Sunday, mom and dad gave me a new fun toy! I have my own cool cell phone and set of keys now! Yayy! After an early church service, we came home to nap for a bit, and then headed out to Grammy's and had Easter Dinner (I got kinda fussy-tired during dinner) and did ANOTHER Easter egg hunt!! If you're wondering what all those funny things are in the grass, well, Grammy just had her lawn aerated, but it LOOKED like a flock of geese had just spent the weekend. Yuk.

A Cold Afternoon in the Park

Chocolate Chip Cookies

When Bella eats chocolate chip cookies, she digs the chocolate chips out with her fingers and eats those first, and then eats the doughy part. We're interested to see how she deals with oreos.
